Story:
When a group of young Australian and Kiwi sailing friends are camping in the Bay of Islands on Urupukapuka Island, they discover something very unexpected on a tiny nearby rocky islet. With the arrival of a pair of local Maori kids, bringing humor and resilience while facing their own problems, fresh cultural and environmental insights are introduced.

The underlying message that modern youngsters are capable of overcoming challenges without adult-supervision, will appeal to any free spirited reader, no matter what age.
