Made in small batches in Russell, from rangpur limes. Deeply floral tones with a smoky aroma. For this devine marmalade Joanne caramelised the sugar and added a touch of rum. It is so good Joanne won silver with it at the ‘world championships’ for marmalades in the UK.
Available in medium (314ml) glass jars.
Refrigerate after opening.
